At this time, our U.S. based Swankd Stores ship only within the United States and the following international countries: United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Japan.
We hope to enable additional international shipping destinations soon. Please signup for our mailing list for updates.
How can I request a refund?
All our shops have their own Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies. Please read carefully the policies of the shop you are purchasing the item from. You can also contact the vendor directly with any questions before you purchase the item.
If the vendor accepts returns, contact the vendor within 3 days of order receipt to request a Return Authorization. (Only Pre-Authorized Returns Will Be Accepted.) If approved, the vendor will send you the return authorization, the return shipping address and terms. Your returned item must be in the same condition as received.
Once your item is inspected and return terms met, the vendor will begin the refund process and notify you of progress.
Note: Items that are NOT returnable include, but are not limited, to:
- Digital products
- Customized items
- Books & Magazines
- *Sale Items Cannot Be Refunded (unless the wrong item was sent)
How do I open a shop on Swankd?
Swankd is a curated marketplace and all vendors and their shop products are approved by our admins.
You must be a Shop Member on Swankd in order to open a shop on our marketplace. Apply to become a vendor when you register .
Once your application has been reviewed by us, we will notify you within 2 business day of your acceptance or not.

What are the shop features?
Swankd is a curated niche marketplace for vintage and retro items. We built a secure and stylish online environment for our sellers to offer their unique finds to our global visitors.
Each shop has their own branded storefront on the marketplace. Shops can add their custom banner and logo, address and contact information, social media links and store description. In addition, shops are listed in our Swankd Store Members list and unique shops and products are featured in our editorial and blog sections.
Your store, your policies! Stores are responsible for their own Shipping, Refunds, Returns and Cancellation policies. The policies are posted on each storefront and product page.
Marketplace Policies: Each store must have a minimum of 15 items at all times. All stores should provide excellent customer service to their customers, including politely answering all correspondence within a timely manner.

At this time sellers must be U.S. based businesses.

What can I sell on Swankd?
Swankd is a niche marketplace featuring vintage (20th century) items as well as Retro (Vintage-Inspired) brands.
Fashion and home categories include clothing, jewelry, accessories, costumes, art, collectibles, rugs, books/magazines, kimonos, ephemera, DVDs, record albums, digital products and more. How much does it cost to open a shop?
Sellers on Swankd marketplace pay an annual Membership Fee only. There are no additional marketplace fees!
Swankd Store Membership starts at $99/year (includes a maximum of 100 product listings) no listing fees, no sales commission fees, digital coupons, social media links, vacation mode, flexible shipping rates per product and much more! Note: payment processing fees apply.

Does my shop have to be exclusive to Swankd?
No! Swankd has a non-exclusive vendor policy for our shop members.
Since most Swankd member shops offer one-of-a-kind items, we ask that you monitor your inventory to insure that the products are in-stock when offered in your Swankd shop.
